Sim, já vinha com a cobertura. Ela alternava a fruta, ora banana, ora abacaxi ou maçã. Fiz alguns meses atrás e qual foi a decepção, teria que esperar esfriar completamente para poder desenformar. Logo eu que sou uma consumidora voraz de bolos quentes!! Então pensei numa estratégia! Forrei a forma com papel alumínio, mas como não sabia e nem estava com vontade de fazer testes naquele dia e sim comer logo o bolo, preferí não arriscar e queimar o açúcar em cima do papel. Queimei o açúcar numa panela a parte de depois derramei por cima das maçãs já espalhadas na forma. Então despejei a massa a forno. A maciez da massa não muito doce, o agridoce da geléia de manga e a sutileza do marshmallow...hummmm&lt;br /&gt;&lt;p&gt;Bolo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4 ovos separados&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;160 gr de açúcar&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;240 gr de farinha de trigo com fermento ou&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;o mesmo de fermento mais 1 colher de sopa de fermento para bolo&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;100 gr de chocolate em pó(usei o da rede Pão de Açúcar, imagina se fosse o da Nestlé)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1 colher de chá de bicarbonato de sódio( para dar aquele negritude no chocolate)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;250 ml de café bem forte (use duas colheres de sopa de pó para 250 ml de água)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;0- todos ingredientes prontos, ligue o forno e unte e enfarinhe a forma redonda de 21 a 23 cm, se puder forre com papel manteiga que ajuda a desenformar mais fácil&lt;br /&gt;&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;1- bata as claras em neve (ponha em outra vasilha,lave a mesma e ponha na batederia de volta ...hehehe #intruçõesparanovatasnacozinha)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;2- bata as gemas com o café já frio por 5 minutos em velocidade alta, (a vasilha tem que ser grande, na planetária fica quase transbordando)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;3 - misture a farinha com o chocolate o açúcar e o bicarbonato(se for usar o fermento à parte, peneiro nessa hora)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;4 - já adicionando aos poucos e incorporando de-li-ca-da-men-te às gemas batidas.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;5 - adicione as claras em neve (um truque: para que elas fiquem em neve até chegar a hora de incorporá-las, qdo bater junte uma pitadinhazinha de sal)&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Leve ao forno. O tempo? Pra saber se a calda está pronta, jogue um pouco da calda num copo com agua em temperatura ambiente, se turvar e quase formar algo palpável esta ficando boa.&lt;/p&gt;Com a batedeira já com as claras em neve, vá adicionando essa calda. Cuidado para não jogar nas espátulas da batedeira e voar calda quente em você ou no seu cãozinho ou gato que está passando...(rsrsr) Se quiser acrescente alguma essência ou caldo de um limão. Bater bem. Despejar numa tigela grande onde caberá o 1 kilo de farinha. Ir adicionando a farinha aos poucos.Nesse momento é que adiciono o sal. Abaixo tem o videozinho mostrando como fica o ponto da massa para ir para as formas já untadas e enfarinhadas. Ponha menos da metade da massa. Deixar crescer e assar no forno pré-aquecido até dourar. &lt;/div&gt;&lt;div&gt;&lt;span style="color: rgb(255, 0, 0);font-family:courier new;" &gt;&lt;strong&gt;Coloque tudo num vasilha grande, vá adicionando os ingredientes do tempero e enfie as mãos com vontade e misture e misture, vá apertando os ingredientes, que é para dar uma"quebrada" nas folhas do repolho e ele ficar macio. Se nao fizer isso, vai ficar parecendo forragem. A mistura vai diminuir de tamanho. Ela também serve para regular o intestino, além de ser fonte de vitaminas A, B e C, proteínas e ferro.&lt;br /&gt;Mas de onde surgiu a idéia da granola?&lt;br /&gt;Com raízes no movimento vegetariano, o início da granola se deu quando, por volta de 1830, o americano William Sylvester Graham, inventou a farinha integral, composta de cereais moídos, sem nenhum aditivo. A partir daí, em 1863, o sanitarista James Jackson resolveu assar esta farinha integral, criando assim um farelo que ele batizou de “granula”.&lt;br /&gt;Foi então que em 1870, outro sanitarista, o americano John Harvey Kellogg, criou uma mistura de grãos de aveia, trigo e milho assados para servir a seus pacientes. Como ele também chamou esta cmbinação de “granula”, Jackson entrou com um processo que fez Kellogg mudar o nome de granula para granola. Só o gosto da cenoura. E também o bolo não ficou muito doce, melhor ainda para poder sentir seu sabor. Ví essa idéia há 10 anos atrás, pelas mãos-de-fada da Isamara Amâncio. Não tinha a receita dela, fui ao google e caiu no blog da Anna Elisa, o La Cucinetta (www.lacucinetta.com.br)&lt;br /&gt;A bem da verdade, esse mousse que a Anna Elisa indica, ficou longe de ficar firme, da segunda vez que fiz a receita usei um doce de ameixa que deixou bem úmido, além de regar os bolos com o chá de canela e cravo. Não tenham medo, o bolo é maravilhoso!!!Não fiquem imaginando o gosto de chocolate e maionese postos lado a lado num prato, eu realmente que o gosto vai ficar horrível. Mas na receita, misturado o resultado é outro...maravilhoso!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;(Ligeiramente adaptado do livro Sky High) &lt;br /&gt;Tempo de preparo: 3 horas &lt;br /&gt;Rendimento: 1 bolo de duas camadas de 22cm (16 fatias gordas) &lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Ingredientes: (bolos)&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 xíc. de farinha de trigo&lt;br /&gt;2/3 xíc. de cacau em pó&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 colh. (chá) de bicarbonato de sódio&lt;br /&gt;3/4 colh. (chá) fermento em pó&lt;br /&gt;2/3 colh. (chá) de sal&lt;br /&gt;1/3 colh. (chá) de canela em pó&lt;br /&gt;50g chocolate amargo Callebaut (51%)&lt;br /&gt;2/3 xíc. de leite integral&lt;br /&gt;2/3 + 1/6 xíc. de café espresso quente&lt;br /&gt;1 ovo extra-grande orgânico&lt;br /&gt;2/3 xíc. de maionese Hellmann´s (tradicional, não light!)&lt;br /&gt;1 colh. (chá) de essência de baunilha&lt;br /&gt;1 1/2 xíc. açúcar cristal orgânico&lt;br /&gt;(mousse de chocolate branco)&lt;br /&gt;50g de chocolate branco de qualidade&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xíc. de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;1/2 clara (separe a clara e retire metade com uma colher)&lt;br /&gt;1/2 colh. (sopa) de açúcar cristal orgânico&lt;br /&gt;(cobertura)&lt;br /&gt;225g de chocolate meio-amargo ou amargo&lt;br /&gt;75g de manteiga sem sal&lt;br /&gt;1 colh. (sopa) de glucose de milho&lt;br /&gt;1/2 xíc. de creme de leite fresco&lt;br /&gt;Preparo:&lt;br /&gt;Pré-aqueça o forno a 180ºC. Unte duas formas de 22cm com manteiga, forre com papel-manteiga e unte com manteiga novamente.&lt;br /&gt;Peneire todos os ingredientes secos em uma tigela. Leve o leite a ferver em uma panela. Desligue, misture o café quente e o chocolate amargo picado e mexa até que esteja homogêneo. Deixe esfriar ligeiramente.&lt;br /&gt;Na batedeira (com a pá), bata o ovo, a maionese e a baunilha, até que fique homogêneo, juntando o açúcar aos poucos. Acrescente os ingredientes secos, alternando com o leite com chocolate, 1/4 de cada vez, incorporando bem antes da próxima adição. Termine com o líquido.&lt;br /&gt;Divida igualmente entre as duas formas e leve ao forno por 25-28 minutos, até que um palito inserido em seus centros saia razoavelmente limpo. Retire do forno e deixe esfriar nas formas por 15 minutos. Então desenforme-os em grades e retire o papel-manteiga cuidadosamente. Os bolos são MUITO macios. Deixe que esfriem por 1 hora.&lt;br /&gt;Para a mousse: derreta em banho-maria o chocolate branco e 1/4 da quantidade de creme, mexendo bem. Deixe esfriar. Bata o restante do creme até formar picos firmes e reserve. Bata a clara com o açúcar até que forme picos firmes e incorpore cuidadosamente ao creme de chocolate. Incorpore o creme batido.&lt;br /&gt;Coloque um dos bolos de ponta-cabeça no prato. Espalhe a mousse com uma espátula, de modo uniforme, deixando meio centímetro de folga nas laterais. Assente o segundo bolo por cima.&lt;br /&gt;Para a cobertura: Derreta o chocolate, a manteiga e a glucose em banho-maria, mexendo sempre. Remova do fogo e misture o creme de leite fresco.&lt;br /&gt;Derrame metade da cobertura sobre o bolo e espalhe cuidadosamente com uma espátula, até cobri-lo todo. Não precisa ficar bonito; essa camada serve apenas para selar as migalhas. Leve à geladeira por meia hora. Deixe o restante da cobertura em temperatura ambiente. Então termine de decorar o bolo, cobrindo-o bem.
